INCOME – SECURITY – LEGACY

INCOME FOR LIFE

Income for Life – An Important Legacy

You can establish a 2-Life Joint and Survivor Gift Annuity by donating $10,000 or more to the QUODDY REGIONAL LAND TRUST.  You will receive a fixed annuity each year for life.

Tax Deductions

A significant part of your donation is tax deductible, and part of your annuity income may be tax-free.  In addition you can reduce and defer capital gains tax by donating appreciated securities to fund the annuity trust.

Win Win: Two Beneficiaries – You and The Quoddy Regional Land Trust

You get a lifetime fixed rate income – usually higher than markets rates – and then pass on your support for the conservation and preservation of the land.
